By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, membership, package, or event with Fire Ice & Moore (“FIM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Agreement is required to book or receive services through our scheduling system.
1. Services Provided (Non-Medical Wellness Services)
Fire Ice & Moore provides wellness and recovery services including, but not limited to:
* Infrared sauna therapy
* Cold plunge and contrast therapy
* Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)
* Compression therapy
* Wellness events and add-on services
All services are non-medical, elective, and provided for general wellness and recovery purposes only.
2. No Medical Advice or Treatment
Fire Ice & Moore does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
* Services are not medical care.
* Participation does not create a provider-patient relationship.
* You should consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program.
3. Client Eligibility & Health Responsibility
By booking or participating, you confirm that:
* You are 18 years of age or older, or have documented parental/guardian consent.
* You are physically able to participate.
* You have disclosed all requested health information truthfully.
* You assume full responsibility for your participation.
Fire Ice & Moore reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue services for safety or operational reasons without obligation to refund.
4. Booking, Scheduling & Arrival Policy (Zenoti Enforced)
* All appointments are booked through our approved scheduling system.
* Appointment availability is not guaranteed.
* Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without credit, refund, or rescheduling.
* Staff discretion applies for all session adjustments.
5. Cancellation, No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
By booking, you expressly agree that:
* Cancellations must be made within the cancellation window displayed at booking.
* Appointments cancelled late or missed entirely (“no-show”) may result in:
* Loss of session
* Deduction of membership credit
* Forfeiture of package session
* Applicable fees
*
No-shows and late cancellations are treated as used sessions.
6. Memberships, Credits & Fair-Use Policy
* Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
* Credits have monthly limits and do not roll over unless specified.
* Unlimited or high-frequency plans are subject to fair-use limits.
* Credits deducted for no-shows or late cancellations are final.
Fire Ice & Moore reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate memberships for abuse, misuse, or repeated policy violations.
7. Packages & Expiration
* Packages are valid only for the time period stated at purchase.
* Expired sessions are forfeited and hold no cash value.
* Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
8. Payments, Charges & Refund Policy
* Payment is required prior to service.
* By storing a payment method on file, you authorize Fire Ice & Moore to charge applicable fees, missed appointments, or outstanding balances.
* All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
* Refunds are discretionary and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
9. Facility Rules, Conduct & Removal
Clients must follow all staff instructions and facility rules.
Fire Ice & Moore reserves the right to:
* End a session early
* Refuse service
* Remove a client from the facility
Unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services or membership without refund.
10. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in wellness services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dizziness, dehydration, changes in blood pressure, or physical discomfort.
By participating, you:
* Voluntarily assume all risks
* Release Fire Ice & Moore, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability
* Agree not to hold Fire Ice & Moore responsible for injury, loss, or damages except where prohibited by law
11. Technology, System Errors & Force Majeure
Fire Ice & Moore is not responsible for:
* Scheduling system errors
* Third-party outages
* Power failures
* Weather events or circumstances beyond our control
Sessions affected by such events may be rescheduled at management discretion.
12. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, logos, text, and materials are the exclusive property of Fire Ice & Moore and may not be copied or used without written permission.
13. Privacy
Use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and used.
14. Modifications to Terms
Fire Ice & Moore may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon posting.
Continued booking or participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
